forum time stamp is -6 hours for me. showing 0639 at time of posting this, it's 1239 cst here.

also, can't find where to upload or update my picture or sig line. user cp doesn't have an edit button I can find

Click harder on 'User CP'. LOL
Then, in the left Menu, go to Your Profile/Edit Options. There, you can change your time zone.
